Preparation and Characterization of Al-pillaredClay Supported SO42-/TiO2 Solid Superacid

Abstract SO42-/TiO2/A1-PILC (SO42-/TiO2/A1-pillared clay) solid superacid was prepared by loading active component SO42-/TiO2 on A1-pillared clay. The texture structure and surface properties of SO42-/TiO2/A1-PILC were studied by means of X-ray powder diffraction (XRD),the adsorption of N2, Hammett indicator method, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and FT-IR spectra of absorbed pyridine technique respectively. The results indicated that Al-PILC carrier can inhibit the formation of anatase TiO2 and the transformation of anatase TiO2 into rutile TiO2. Compared to SO42-/TiO2, SO42-/TiO2/A1-PILC has larger surface area, more acid sites and lower acid strength.

铝交联膨润土负载SO42-/TiO2固体超强酸的制备及表征

摘要 将超强酸SO42-/TiO2负载于铝交联膨润土(A1-PILC),制备了SO42-/TiO2/A1-PILC超强酸催化剂,并采用XRD、低温N2吸附法、Hammett指示剂法、XPS及吡啶吸附红外光谱等方法对其进行了结构和表面性能的表征。测定结果表明,SO42-/TiO2负载于载体A1-PILC,TiO2的晶化及晶相转化受到抑制;与SO42-/TiO2相比,SO42-/TiO2/A1-PILC的比表面增大,总酸量增加;酸强度减小。
