important field of water treatment since it may have great health benefits to human being.
In this research the principle of measuring liquid water relative cluster size by NMR was
expatiated. Through a series of experiments the undecoupled 17O-NMR FWHM was
selected to scale the average cluster size in liquid water. The method was used to study
the effect of ion contents on the liquid water cluster and the results had great
