The UV-Vis Spectra of Amphiphilic Metalloporphyrins in SDS Micelle

Abstract Taking advantage of the microenviroment sensitivity of the Soret band, UV-Vis spectra were used to study the dependence of location of the amphiphilic metalloporphyrins (P1Zn and P3Zn) in SDS micelle on the bulk pH value. The protonation of P1Zn and P3Zn in strong acidic condition suggests, Zn atom in P1Zn was replaced by H+ in micelle, but Zn atom in P3Zn was difficult to be replaced by H+. The solubilizing site and aggregating ability of P1Zn and P3Zn were analyzted in SDS micelle.

系列双亲金属卟啉在SDS胶束中的光谱研究

用敏感于微环境变化的UV-Vis光谱,研究了在SDS胶束中系列双亲金属卟啉 (P1ZnP3Zn) 所处微环境对体相pH的依赖关系。P1ZnP3Zn在强酸下的质子化现象表明:在SDS胶束中,P1Zn中的锌原子可以被氢原子取代,而P3Zn中的锌原子则难以质子化。由此分析了在SDS胶束中不同侧链取代基对金属卟啉分子聚集行为和定位性质的影响。
