The Determination of Myrica Rubra Flavonoid by Microcolumn High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract A microcolumn high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of flavonoid in myrica rubra leaf and bark was studied. The flavonoid was separated on a Waters XterraTM RP18 (1.0´ 30mm, 2.5m m) chromatographic column, with methanol and 0.05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution as mobile phase at a flow-rate of 0.2mL/min, and monitored with the photodiode array detector at 360nm. The recoveries of the flavonoid are 97%103%, and relative standard deviations are 1.6%2.2%.

微柱高效液相色谱法测定杨梅黄酮类物质

经固相萃取预分离,由微柱高效液相色谱法测定了几种杨梅树叶和树皮中的黄酮类物质。杨梅中主要的黄酮成分在2.0min内可达到基线分离;用紫外二极管矩阵检测器检测。方法标准回收率为97%~103%,相对标准偏差为1.6%~2.2%
