Catalytic Transfer Hydrogenation and its Applications in Organic Synthesis

Abstract Catalytic transfer hydrogenation (CTH) is an effective reduction method, which conducts at a mild reaction condition and with simple facilities comparing to common catalytic hydrogenation. In this article, the mechanism of CTH and the main reaction factors including catalyst, hydrogen donor, temperature and solvent were reviewed, the applications of CTH in organic synthesis were summarized, and the future prospect of CTH was analyzed.

催化转移加氢

摘要 催化转移加氢是有机合成中一种有效的还原方法,与一般的氢气催化加氢法相比,具有反应条件温和、设备要求低等优点。本文综述了催化转移加氢反应机理及催化剂、氢供体、反应温度和溶剂对于转移加氢反应的影响,介绍了转移加氢在有机合成中的主要应用,并对应用前景做了分析。
