Skeletal Isomerization of 1-Hexene over SAPO,CoAPO, MgAPO and CoSAPO Molecular Sieves

Abstract Skeletal isomerization of 1-hexene was carried out over SAPO, CoAPO, MgAPO and CoSAPO which have AEL type structure. Apart form the MgaPO, the other three molecular sievcs SAPO, CoAPO and CoSAPO shows better activity and give high conversion. Among them CoAPO’s selectivity is the highest. In the isomerization of 1-hexene on CoAPO-11, with the decrease of temperature and the increase of liquid hourly space velocity, the conversion of 1-hexene is decreased too, the selectivity is the highest at 300.

杂原子改性磷铝酸盐分子筛上的1-己烯骨架异构化

摘 要 考察了1-己烯在SAPO-11MgAPO-11CoAPO-11CoSAPO-11四种分子筛上的骨架异构化,发现除了MgAPO-11其它三种分子筛的活性均较好但选择性相差较多,其中CoAPO-11的选择性最好。通过比较不同温度和空速对CoAPO-11异构化性能的影响,发现其活性随着温度的降低和空速的增加而降低,选择性则随空速的增加而明显降低且随温度的改变在300℃时有一最大值。
