Synthesis and Structural Characterization of Phosphoramidates Containing Tegafur and Silatrane

Abstract Alkyl(Phenyl) dichlorophosphates reacted with N3-hydroxyethyl tegafur and aminoproply silatrane in sequence to afford 5 phosphoramidates which had not been reported before. Their structures were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and MS spectroscopy.

含替加氟和氮杂硅三环的磷酰胺酯化合物的合成和结构表征

摘 要 以烷氧基(或苯氧基)磷酰二氯为原料依次与N3-羟乙基替加氟、氨丙基氮杂硅三环反应，合成了同时含有替加氟、氮杂硅三环的5种新型磷酰胺酯化合物，其结构经元素分析、IR、1H NMR和MS表征。
