The Selection of analytical condition of high performance liquid chromatography for Water-Based Pen Ink

Abstracts  the orthogonal design method is used to select analytical condition of high performance liquid chromatography for the extraction of black water-based pen ink. the optimal conditions of reverse phase ion-pair chromatography is chosen, Solvent is methanol/water 60/40, (contained 0.039mol/L tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide), column temperature is at 30, detection wavelengh is 580nm. Under this condition, twenty five black water-based pen inks of different manufacturer and different brand were analyzed. the results showed that high performance liquid chromatography is a simple and accurate method for the analysis of black water-based pen ink.

高效液相色谱法分析签字墨水条件的选择

  采用正交设计法对高效液相色谱法分析签字笔色痕提取液的色谱条件的选择进行了探讨。优选出黑色签字笔色痕提取液用反相离子对色谱进行分析的最佳色谱条件为:流动相为甲醇/(60/40)0.039mol/L四丁基氢氧化铵、柱温30检测波长580nm,并在此条件下25种不同产地、不同牌号的黑色签字笔的色痕提取液进行了种类分析,获得了较好的分析结果。结果表明,高效液相色谱法是分离黑色签字笔色痕提取液的一种简便、准确的分析方法。
