Micro-separation in Miniaturized Total Analysis System

Abstract  The importance and conception of micro-separation for miniaturized total analysis system (mTAS) were introduced in this paper. In addition to simple presentation of capillary electrophoresis separation on micro-fluidic chip, many other new micro-separation methods, such as extraction separation, membrane separation, chromatography, magnetic separation and so on, were demonstrated and evaluated in detail about their application in mTAS. Research works on micro-separation for mTAS were reviewed. The potential development in the field of micro-separation on mTAS was prospected.

微型全分析系统(mTAS)中的微分离技术

  介绍了微型全分析系统(mTAS)中微分离的重要性和它的概念,除了毛细管电泳芯片分离技术外,对其它诸如萃取分离、膜分离、色谱、磁分离等新兴微分离技术在mTAS研究和应用进行了综述,并对微流控芯片上微分离技术的进展作了评述和展望。
