Determination of Cefaclor by Differential Pulse Voltammetry

Abstract  In the medium of 0.50mol/L NaOH solution, a sensitive differential pulse voltammetric peak of cefaclor (CFC) at mercury film electrode at about –0.85V(vs Ag/AgCl) was found. The electrochemical behavior and reaction mechanism of this system have been studied by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. There is a good linear relationship between the peak current and the concentration of CFC in the range of 1.0×10-85.0×10-6mol/L. The detection limit of the method is 5.0×10-9mol/L. The concentration of CFC in Xinkenuo has been determined with good results by this method.

微分脉冲伏安法测定头孢克洛

  研究了0.50mol/L NaOH溶液中,头孢克洛碱性降解产物在汞膜电极上的电化学行为,并依此建立了头孢克洛微分脉冲伏安测定法。头孢克洛碱性降解产物在汞膜电极上具有明显的吸附性,于~-0.85V(vs Ag/AgCl)处出现一灵敏的阴极还原峰。峰高与头孢克洛的浓度在1.0×10-85.0×10-6mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系。方法的检出限为5.0×10-9mol/L,用于欣可诺中头孢克洛含量的测定,结果满意。
