Preparation of Nano-powders of b-HgS and a-HgSRen Yinzhe, Wang Jianying, Zhang Jinhua, Kong Aiguo Abstract A new method for the preparation of nano-powder b-HgS (black, cubic crystal) by homogeneous phase precipitation method has been developed. The influence of pH values, concentration, temperatures and elution solution on the particle diameter of HgS have been studied using activated Na2Sx to transform nano-powder a-HgS (red, hexagonal) in moderate condition. The conclusion can be drawn that the value of x in Na2Sx, the time of boiling, the ratio of Na2Sx to HgS and the particle diameter of b-HgS with effect in transformation. 纳米b-HgS与a-HgS微粉的制备 任引哲 王建英 张金花 孔爱国 摘要 用均相沉淀法制备纳米级b型HgS(黑色,立方晶系)微粉,研究了介质的酸度、反应物的浓度、热处理温度及洗涤剂对HgS(黑)粒径的影响,探讨了制备纳米HgS(黑)的最佳条件。在此基础上,利用多硫化钠活化方法,将HgS(黑)在较温和条件下转化为纳米级的a型HgS(红色,六方晶系),并探讨了Na2Sx的x值、加热时间、以及Na2Sx与HgS(黑)的物质的量的比、HgS(黑)的粒径等因素对转化的影响。用SEM和XRD对其粒径大小、形貌和晶型等进行了表征。 任引哲 男48岁,副教授,主要从事无机化学教学及纳米材料方面的研究。E-mail:RenZhe_sxsd@263.net |
