Synthesis of 2-(2,4-Dichlorophenyl)-valeraldehyde

Abstract  A new compound of 2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-valeraldehyde was conveniently synthesized from 2,4-dichlorobutyrophenone and sulfonium methylide to form the corresponding 2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-1,2-epoxy-pentane and then through isomerization to form the title compound. This new compound was reported first time. It was determined by the elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectra. The mechanism of the isomerization was discussed also.

2-(2, 4-二氯苯基)-戊醛的合成研究

  报道了一种合成2-(2, 4-二氯苯基)-戊醛的简便方法,以2, 4-二氯苯丁酮为起始原料,经硫叶立德试剂制备相应的环氧化合物,后者再经异构化反应得到标题化合物,用元素分析、红外光谱及核磁共振谱对其结构进行了确证,并对异构化反应机理进行了讨论。
