Advances of Research on the Nonphosgenated Process for Isocyanates

Abstract  Isocyanates are important chemicals, widely used in medical and agricultural fields, and they are mostly produced by phosgenation, which, however, has severe environmental disadvantages. This paper reviews non-phosgenation methods for synthesis of isocyanates, including oxidative carbonization, reductive carbonization, CO2 method, dimethylcarbonate method and amide pyrolysis, which are considered as green processes.

异氰酸酯的非光气工艺

  异氰酸酯是一类重要的化合物, 在医药和农药等领域有广泛的用途。这类化合物常用的生产工艺是光气法,该工艺路线存在严重的环境缺陷。本文介绍和评价了近年来几种异氰酸酯的非光气合成方法及研究进展,其中两步氧化羰化法、还原羰化法,CO2法和碳酸二甲酯法是较有工业化前景的方法。
