Preparation and Characterization of Pd/C Catalysts for TA Hydrogenation Refining Process

Abstract CTP Pd/C catalysts were developed through special preparation process, and their physical properties and the catalytic activity were characterized by N2-adsorption , XRF, XRD and EPMA techniques. The result indicated that the pore size distribution , micropore structure and preparation process of the catalysts have highly effect on the dispersion and distribution of the palladium on the carbon .The specifications of CTP catalysts could be matched with import catalyst ,especially in abrasion loss and fines content.

TA加氢精制Pd/C催化剂的制备与表征

摘要 通过独具特色的催化剂制备工艺开发了CTP钯炭催化剂,并使用N2-吸附、XRDXRFEPMA等多种测试手段对催化剂进行了物性表征和活性评价。结果表明,钯炭催化剂的孔径分布状况和孔型结构及催化剂的制备工艺,都对活性组分钯在载体上的分散分布性能有重要影响,CTP钯炭催化剂各项物化性能达到了进口对比催化剂的水平,尤其在落粉和磨耗方面更优于对比催化剂。
