Synthesis of Nanometer-sized Ordered MCM-41 Silica in Reverse Microemulsion of Water in Oil

Abstract A novel method has been developed to synthesize a long-range structured and nanometer-sized mesoporous molecular sieve in reverse microemusion of water in oil. The sizes of the nano-MCM-41 mesoporous silica molecule sieves can be controlled within 20~40nm and no agglomerations occurred even it was calcinated in air at 823K for 4~6h.

微乳"油包水"法沿S+X-I+路径合成纳米MCM-41硅基分子筛

摘要 以微乳“油包水”法合成了纳米级硅基中孔分子筛MCM-41。纳米MCM-41分子筛的粒径可控制在2040nm,且在823K空气氛焙烧下不团聚。
