Synthesis of Super-microporous Aluminosilicate Molecular Sieves with Neutral Amine as Templating Agent

Abstract Based on the S0I0 templating pathway, super-microporous (1.02.0nm) aluminosilicate molecular sieves was synthesized by dodecylamineDDAas the template, in which Al was incorporated into the inorganic framework by two-step method. The XRD and N2 adsorption-desorption measurements were used to characterize its structural properties and the pore size. The results show that the prepared molecular sieves possess the d100 spacing of 2.94 nm, and the pore diameter of it is about 1.7nm, demonstrating the excellence of it as the super-microporous molecular sieves.

以中性胺为模板合成超微孔硅铝分子筛

摘要 利用十二胺(DDA)为模板,以S0I0为合成路线,通过两步合成法在无机骨架上引入Al源,最终合成出超微孔(1.02.0nm)硅铝分子筛。分别用X射线粉末衍射技术、N2吸附脱附实验测定其物相结构及孔径尺寸。实验结果表明:合成的超微孔硅铝分子筛的d100值为2.94nm,其相应孔径尺寸约为1.7nm,是一种真正意义上的超微孔分子筛。
