Determining Holoside in Soybean by Derivatization-Gas Chromatography Xue Lianhai, Deng Min, He Jianzhong Abstract In this paper, the method for determining holoside in the soybean extract using packed column gas chromatography and the method of the deriving ?/FONT>extracting the sample are discussed. The results showed that the method is handy and dependable.
