The Separation and Purification of Active Components from the Testa of Ginkgo Biloba L

Abstract The separation and purification of ginkgolic flavonoids, acids and phenols from the Testa of Ginkgo Biloba L was investigated. The testa extracted liquid was extracted by ether, the product was reacted with Na2CO3 and NaOH, then it was deposited by Pb(Ac)2. High pure ginkgolic phenols, acids and flavonoids were obtained. The products were analyzed by TLC and HPLC and their biological activity were proved.

银杏外种皮中活性成分分离纯化

摘要 研究了一种由银杏外种皮中分离提纯氢化白果酸、白果酚、银杏黄酮类物质的工艺方法。该方法利用溶剂萃取进行活性成分分离纯化，通过薄层层析、高效液相色谱、红外波谱对产品进行定性定量测定和结构分析。同时采用生物测定应用实验进行活性研究。得到一条从外种皮中分离提纯氢化白果酸、白果酚、银杏黄酮类物质的工艺路线，所得到的酸、酚及黄酮类物质有明显的杀虫、杀菌作用。
