Development of Catalytic Polymerization with Laccase as Catalyst System

Abstract Recent development on the synthesis of macromolecule catalyzed by laccase is reviewed in this paper. Laccase is a biological catalyst for the polymerization of phenolic compounds, aromatic compounds with amino groups and carboxylic compounds. The polymers prepared can be used as resin material, photoelectric material and textile dyeing material. The Cu2+ in laccase plays a key role in the catalytic reactions of laccase. Solvents of the reaction system also affect the catalysis of laccase.

漆酶催化合成高分子化合物的研究进展

摘要 综述了漆酶用于催化合成高分子化合物的研究进展。漆酶可催化酚类、芳胺类、羧酸类等单体的聚合反应,在树脂材料、光电材料、染色工业等方面有着广阔的应用前景。漆酶中的铜离子在催化反应中起着重要作用, 反应介质对漆酶的催化效率亦有较大的影响。
