Present Situation and Problems of the Study on Supercritical Anti-solvent Process Li Zhiyi, Zhang Xiaodong, Hu Dapeng, Liu Xuewu Abstract Supercritical Anti-Solvent (SAS) process has been proposed
recently to prepare micro-and nano-particles by supercritical fluids. After a brief
description of the present situation and the potential applications of the process, the
paper gives a detailed analysis of the limitations of the published research works, and
points out the necessity of the fundamental study and the main problems to be solved.
