Studies on the Synthesis and Biological Activity of N-Substituted Phenoxyacetyl-N'-Pyrimidinylthioureas

Abstract Eight new N-substituted phenoxyacetyl-N'-pyrimidinylthioureas were synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis and ¹H NMR, some were identified by IR and MS. The preliminary biological activity tests showed that some of the compounds have good herbicidal activity and plant growth regulation function.

摘要 设计合成了8个N-取代苯氧乙酰基-N¢ -嘧啶基硫脲新化合物，通过元素分析、¹H NMR确定了它们的结构，部分化合物还经IR和MS验证，初步生物活性测试结果表明部分化合物具有良好的除草及植物生长调节活性。
