Abstract In this paper the conditions of HSCCC coupled with ESI-MS was studied and the system of HSCCC-ESI-MS was utilized to separate and analyse EGCG from the crude tea polyphenols.

高速逆流色谱-质谱分析茶多酚中的(-)-表棓儿茶素棓酸酯

摘要 研究了高速逆流色谱(HSCCC)与电喷雾质谱(ESI-MS)的联用条件,并首次使用HSCCC-ESI-MS/MS分离分析了茶多酚中的重要组分(-)表棓儿茶素棓酸酯(EGCG),取得了较好的结果。
