Progress in Preparation of Water-soluble C60 Derivatives

Abstract C60 exhibits an interesting range of biological activities,especially promising in the field of antiHIV activity,photo dynamic therapy etc. So its biological activities have attracted interest of biologists and pharmacologists. But its low solubility in water hampers the research of its biological activities. This paper reviews the progress in the preparation of some watersoluble C60 derivatives.

水溶性C60衍生物合成

摘要 C60具有生物活性,可用于光动力学治疗和抑制人体免疫缺损病毒酶HIVP的活性等方面,因此引起了生物学家和药学家的兴趣。但由于C60在水中几乎不溶,阻碍了对其生物活性的研究,因此合成水溶性C60衍生物对于考察C60的生物活性具有重要意义。本文综述了近年来水溶性C60衍生物合成的研究进展。
