Preparation of Organic-inorganic Hybrid Materials with Interfacial Chemical Bonding by Sol-gel Process Ge jianfang1,2 Lu fengji1 Abstract Organic-inorganic hybrid materials can be
prepared by sol-gel technique. In this paper their applications for the mechanical
performance and thermal stability improvement of organic materials, or for tailor-made
fabrication of functional materials with photochemical properties such as photochromic,
optical transmission and emission etc., has been addressed.
