Study on Preparation of Lanolin Acids and Alcohols from Lanolin

Abstract This paper studied the homogeneous saponification of lanolin,separation of lanolin acids and alcohols,and refining lanolin acids and alcohols by molecular distillation. The results showed that the saponification of lanolin reached as high as 96% at after 2h reaction, high quality lanolin alcohols and fatty acids were obtained.

由羊毛脂制备羊毛醇和羊毛酸

摘要 研究了羊毛脂均相皂化制备及羊毛脂醇和羊毛脂酸的反应。结果表明;均相皂化法在125° C、2h内能将96%的羊毛脂皂化,经过分子蒸馏以及酸醇分离后可得到高质量的羊毛脂酸和羊毛脂醇。
