Synthesis of 2-Benzylthio-5,7-dimethyl-1,2,4-triazole[1,5-a]pyrimidine

Abstract 2-Benzylthio-5,7-dimethyl-1,2,4-triazole[1,5-a]pyrimidine was synthesized by two different routes from 5-Amino-3-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole, benzyl chloride and acetylacetone. Reaction was improved with one-step method, and the reaction conditions were optimized. Yield of objective product was over 83%. The structure of the product was proved by means of IR, 1H NMR spectrum, elemental analysis data.

5,7-二甲基-2-苄硫基-1,2,4-三唑[1,5-a]嘧啶的合成

摘要 以5-氨基-3-巯基- 12,4-三唑、氯化苄和乙酰丙酮为原料,分别用先环合和后环合路线合成了5,7-二甲基-2-苄硫基-1,2,4-三唑[1,5-a]嘧啶,并对后环合路线进行了一步法改进,同时优化了其反应条件,使目标产物的产率达到了83%以上。产品的结构经红外、核磁及元素分析确认。
