The synthesis of bis(N-glycosyl-hydrazinecarbothioamide-2-yl)thiophosphoric esters Cao Linghuaa,b, Xie Zhengfenga, Zhou Chuanjiana,b,
Liu Yutinga Abstract Reactions of aryloxyphosphorous dichloride (1A,1B)
with PSCl3 gave corresponding aryloxythiophosphoric dichloride (2A,2B),
then hydrazinolyzation gave aryloxythiophosphoric dihydrazide (3A,3B).
Reactions of 3a and 3b with glycosyl isothiocyanates (4a~4e) in
benzene, gave corresponding bis(N-glycosyl-hydrazinecarbothioamide-2-yl)thiophosphoric
esters(5a~5d,6a~6c,6e). Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H
NMR, 31P NMR, MS and elemental analysis.

刘育亭1 摘要 芳氧基亚磷酰二氯(1A, 1B)与PSCl3作用,得到芳氧基硫代亚磷酰二氯(2A,2B),肼解后得到芳氧基硫代磷酰二肼(3A,3B),将它们分别与糖基异硫氰酸酯(4a~4e)在苯中回流,生成相应的双(N-糖基-硫代氨基脲-2-基)硫代磷酸芳基酯(5a~5d,6a~6c,6e),
它们的结构经IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR, MS和元素分析加以确证。
