The synthesis of bis(N-glycosyl-hydrazinecarbothioamide-2-yl)thiophosphoric esters

Abstract Reactions of aryloxyphosphorous dichloride (1A,1B) with PSCl3 gave corresponding aryloxythiophosphoric dichloride (2A,2B), then hydrazinolyzation gave aryloxythiophosphoric dihydrazide (3A,3B). Reactions of 3a and 3b with glycosyl isothiocyanates (4a~4e) in benzene, gave corresponding bis(N-glycosyl-hydrazinecarbothioamide-2-yl)thiophosphoric esters(5a~5d,6a~6c,6e). Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR, MS and elemental analysis.

双(N-糖基-硫代氨基脲-2-基)硫代磷酸芳基酯的合成

摘要 芳氧基亚磷酰二氯(1A, 1B)与PSCl3作用,得到芳氧基硫代亚磷酰二氯(2A,2B),肼解后得到芳氧基硫代磷酰二肼(3A,3B),将它们分别与糖基异硫氰酸酯(4a~4e)在苯中回流,生成相应的双(N-糖基-硫代氨基脲-2-基)硫代磷酸芳基酯(5a~5d,6a~6c,6e), 它们的结构经IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR, MS和元素分析加以确证。
