Enzyme-catalyzed structural modification of natural product molecules

Abstract Enzymatic reaction, as a green and novel approach with high efficiency, has found more and more applications in natural products molecule modification. This paper briefly addressed the enzyme-catalyzed modification of natural products molecules including sugars and glycosides, steroids, antibiotics, amino acids and polypeptides, as well as some bioconjugates. The development tendency concerning the enzyme-catalyzed modification of natural products was tentatively predicted.

天然产物分子结构的酶催化修饰改性

摘要 酶促反应作为高效、绿色和新颖的途径而在天然产物分子结构的修饰改性上得到了日益广泛的应用。本文简要评述了糖和糖苷、甾族化合物、抗生素、氨基酸和多肽类分子的酶催化结构修饰,预测了天然产物酶法结构修饰的发展趋势。
