| 为贯彻理论与实践深度融合及绿色化学的教育理念,针对尼泊金酯类防腐剂在化妆品中使用率显著下降及其潜在安全健康风险等问题,本研究对“高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中防腐剂含量”实验课程进行了改进与应用拓展,将人工智能(AI)工具系统性融入实验教学的文献调研、市场数据验证、色谱条件优化及数据处理全流程,构建了AI赋能的仪器分析综合实验,学生在AI的帮助下全面主导实验进程。该教学改革有效锻炼了学生从发现问题到解决问题的能力,激发了学习兴趣与求知欲望,有利于系统培养学生的创新思维、批判意识与人机协作科研素养。 |

| To implement the educational concepts of integrating theory with practice and green chemistry, this study improved the experimental course "Determination of preservatives in cosmetics by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) Artificial intelligence (AI) tools were systematically integrated into the entire experimental teaching process, including literature review, market data validation, chromatographic condition optimization, and data analysis, thereby constructing an AI-empowered comprehensive instrumental analysis experiment. In teaching practice, students take the lead in the entire experimental process with the help of AI. This reform effectively enhanced students" problem-solving abilities, stimulated learning interest, and fostered innovative thinking, critical awareness, and human-AI collaborative research skills. |
