      斑马鱼作为一种重要的生物模型,因其与人类基因组高度保守、繁殖能力强、胚胎透明等优势,已成为构建多种人类疾病模型的理想模式动物,在药物研究中展现出巨大价值。微流控芯片技术则以其微型化、集成化、自动化等特点,为斑马鱼研究带来了新的技术突破,可实现药物对斑马鱼作用的实时监测,并开展高通量药物评价和筛选,大幅提升药物研究效率。本文综述了微流控斑马鱼模型在药物研究中的进展,介绍了多种典型斑马鱼人类疾病模型的构建,对微流控斑马鱼模型在药物筛选、毒性评价以及药效分析等方面的应用进行了阐述,并探讨该技术在应用中所面临的挑战和未来的发展方向。
英文摘要:
      Zebrafish, as an important biological model, has become an ideal model animal for constructing human disease models due to its advantages such as high conservation with the human genome, strong reproductive capacity, and transparent embryos. It has shown great value in drug research. Microfluidic chip technology has brought new technological breakthroughs to zebrafish research with its characteristics of miniaturization, integration and automation. It enables real-time monitoring of drug effects on zebrafish and facilitates high-throughput drug screening, which greatly enhance the efficiency of drug research. This article reviews the progress on the application of microfluidic zebrafish model for drug research, describes the construction of typical zebrafish-based human-disease models, and the applications of this combined approach in drug screening, toxicity assessment, and efficacy analysis. Additionally, we discuss the challenges faced by the technology in its applications and future development directions.
