| 本文通过饱和环胺与TMSN3、异腈的电化学多组分反应,为α-四氮唑取代饱和环胺的合成提供了一种绿色新方法。该反应经由电化学氧化饱和环胺生成亚胺离子,进一步与异腈的亲核加成,与TMSN3的[3+2]环加成反应,生成α-四氮唑取代饱和环胺。该方法具有底物简单廉价易得、无需任何催化剂和外部氧化剂、底物适用范围广等诸多优点。 |

| This paper presents a green and new method for the synthesis of α-tetrazole-substituted saturated cyclic amines through an electrochemical multicomponent reaction of saturated cyclic amines with TMSN3 and isonitriles. The reaction proceeds via electrochemical oxidation of the saturated cyclic amine to form an iminium ion, which then undergoes nucleophilic addition with the isonitrile and a [3+2] cycloaddition with TMSN3. This reaction features simple and readily available substrates, no catalysts or external oxidants, and wide substrate scope. |
