| 随着全球农业绿色转型的需求日益迫切,精准施药与增效减量的理念在农药学领域持续深入,刺激响应型农药递送系统的开发受到研究者们的广泛关注。环糊精凭借其优异的生物相容性、可降解性、无毒性及凝胶性能,已成为构建绿色、智能农药递送系统的理想载体。本文综述了近年来基于环糊精的刺激响应农药递送系统的研究进展,分别从内源性(酶、pH、GSH、ROS)、外源性(光、热)及多重刺激三个方面,系统阐述了基于环糊精刺激响应递送系统的构建策略与作用机制,并展望了当前面临的挑战与未来可能存在的重点研究方向,以期为该领域的进一步研究提供参考。 |

| As the need for a green transition in global agriculture becomes increasingly urgent and the principles of precise pesticide administration, reduced dosage and efficacy enhancement gaining ever-deepening traction in pesticide research, the fabrication of stimulus-responsive pesticide delivery systems has drawn broad academic interest. Possessing excellent biocompatibility, biodegradability, nontoxicity and gelation capacity, cyclodextrins serve as promising candidates to fabricate eco-friendly smart pesticide delivery platforms. This paper mainly reviews recent research advances in cyclodextrin-based stimuli-responsive pesticide delivery systems. From three aspects—endogenous stimuli (enzymes, pH, GSH, ROS), exogenous stimuli (light, heat), and multi-stimulus responsive systems—it systematically elaborates construction strategies of cyclodextrin-based stimulus-responsive delivery systems and their mechanisms of action. Additionally, the current challenges and potential key research directions in this field are prospected, aiming to provide references for further related investigations. |
