| DNA纳米技术为构建结构精确、功能可调的纳米体系提供了重要工具。近年来,通过引入疏水功能模块形成的两亲性DNA纳米结构逐渐发展起来,为拓展DNA纳米结构在生物膜界面中的应用提供了新的策略。本文从化学设计角度系统总结了常见疏水功能模块的类型、化学引入方式,以及疏水修饰空间分布与拓扑结构等设计策略。在此基础上,综述了两亲性DNA纳米结构在膜界面锚定、膜形态调控、膜功能结构仿生及跨膜递送系统构建等领域的代表性应用,并对该领域的挑战与发展进行了展望。 |

| DNA nanotechnology provides a powerful platform for constructing nanoscale systems with precise structures and tunable functions. In recent years, amphiphilic DNA nanostructures formed by introducing hydrophobic modules have emerged as a promising strategy to expand the applications of DNA nanomaterials at the biological membrane interface. This review systematically summarizes, from the perspective of chemical design, the types of common hydrophobic functional modules, the methods for their chemical incorporation, and design strategies such as the spatial distribution and topological arrangement of hydrophobic modifications. Based on this, representative applications of amphiphilic DNA nanostructures in the fields of membrane interface anchoring, membrane morphology regulation, biomimetic membrane functional structure, and transmembrane delivery system construction are reviewed. The challenges and prospects in this field are also discussed. |
