      本文设计了一项基于新型聚集诱导发光(AIE)骨架的综合性有机化学实验。该实验以α-羰基重氮化合物与硫酯为原料,在铑催化下通过全新的[1,4]-酰基重排反应,于温和条件下高效构建含硫四取代烯烃类AIE分子骨架。实验设计的核心在于将这一最新科研成果转化为适宜本科教学的实验内容,通过整合合理的合成步骤与系统的表征环节,有效破解当前有机化学实验课程中存在的综合性实验匮乏、前沿性渗透不足以及学生科研视野受限等教学困境。借助AIE分子独特的荧光“开关”特性与可视化的发光现象,结合分组实验与研讨式教学模式,本实验不仅能激发学生对未知领域的探究兴趣,还能引导其密切关注学科前沿动态,切实增强投身化学科研的主动性与积极性。本文将有机合成、分析检测与光物理研究等多学科知识有机贯通,使学生在掌握核心实验技能的同时,逐步建立起跨学科思维方式,契合高等教育“深化新工科建设、推动学科交叉融合”的人才培养导向,为综合性化学实验教学改革提供了兼具创新性与可操作性的实践方案。
英文摘要:
      A comprehensive organic experiment to construct a new AIE skeleton using a new [1,4]-acyl rearrangement reaction is described. This experiment is about a diazo compound and a thioester catalysed by rhodium, which enables the mild, rapid and efficient synthesis of a new AIE molecular skeleton containing a tetrasubstituted vinyl sulfide. The experimental design introduces the latest scientific findings into the organic chemistry laboratory classroom, and through the integration of rich and rational experimental procedures, addresses the current dilemma of the lack of comprehensiveness of the organic laboratory curriculum, the low number of comprehensive experimental designs, and the lack of students" understanding of cutting-edge scientific findings. Intuitive and interesting AIE luminescence phenomena and group experimental discussions can stimulate students" interest in exploring the unknown during the experimental process, while guiding them to pay attention to research developments and enhancing their interest in participating in scientific research.
