| 为深化本科实验教学中的绿色化学理念,培养学生的跨学科综合能力和科研创新思维,本实验设计了一种基于间接流动电化学合成葡萄糖酸钙的研究性综合项目。本实验以葡萄糖为原料,采用酸热改性石墨毡为双功能电极,在无膜流动反应器中实现葡萄糖酸钙的一步合成,内容涵盖电极改性、反应器搭建、恒流电解、产物分离及红外表征等环节。教学实践表明,该实验将科研成果有效转化为教学项目,通过引导学生探究pH调控、无膜设计等科学问题,不仅使学生掌握了多种现代分析技术,更树立了绿色化学理念,有效提升了学生的创新思维和解决复杂问题的综合能力,为化学实验教学改革提供了有益借鉴。 |

| To deepen the integration of green chemistry principles into undergraduate laboratory education and cultivate students" interdisciplinary comprehensive abilities and innovative research thinking, a comprehensive inquiry-based experiment was designed focusing on the indirect flow electrosynthesis of calcium gluconate. Using glucose as the raw material, acid-thermally modified graphite felt as a bifunctional electrode, and a membrane-free flow reactor, one-step synthesis of calcium gluconate was achieved. The experimental content encompasses electrode modification, reactor construction, constant-current electrolysis, product separation, and infrared spectroscopy characterization. Teaching practice demonstrates that this experiment effectively transforms scientific research achievements into pedagogical projects. By guiding students to explore key scientific questions such as pH regulation and membrane-free design, students not only master various modern analytical techniques but also internalize green chemistry concepts. The experiment significantly enhances students" innovative thinking and comprehensive ability to solve complex problems, providing valuable reference for experimental teaching reform in chemistry. |
