| 酸泥是有色金属冶炼过程中产生的典型危险固体废弃物,具有显著的价值资源属性与环境风险特征,高效的资源化利用与无害化处理是实现酸泥“变废为宝”的关键环节。本文阐述了酸泥的基本性质、污染途径、有价元素的分离提取现状;同时,针对酸泥中有害元素砷的各类处理方法及其优缺点进行总结。最后,结合当前酸泥处理面临的二次污染隐患、资源回收不彻底、资源化利用途径少等问题提供研究与发展方向。 |

| Acid sludge is a typical hazardous solid waste generated during the non-ferrous metal smelting process, featuring prominent dual characteristics of high-value resource potential and environmental risk. Efficient resource utilization and harmless disposal constitute the key link to realize the “waste-to-treasure” conversion of acid sludge. This paper elaborates on the basic properties, pollution pathways, and the current status of the separation and extraction of valuable elements in acid sludge. Meanwhile, it summarizes various treatment technologies for arsenic, a hazardous element in acid sludge, as well as their respective advantages and disadvantages. Finally, in light of the prominent problems faced by current acid sludge treatment, such as the risk of secondary pollution, incomplete resource recovery and limited resource utilization approaches, targeted research directions and development prospects are proposed. |
