| 新型固态照明与显示技术正逐步应用于智能汽车大灯、激光投影、航空航海照明等高亮度领域,展现出广阔的应用前景。红光发光材料作为照明与显示器件的关键组成部分,其在强激发条件下的耐受性(包括高热稳定性、高饱和阈值等)与可控制备技术是推动新型光转换器件及相关产业持续发展的关键环节。为此,本文系统综述了红光发光材料的分类、制备方法、发光性能及微结构调控策略,详细归纳了单晶、玻璃、陶瓷、薄膜及荧光粉末等形态红光材料的组分、热稳定性、发射峰位与光谱范围等性能参数的调控进展。最后,本文讨论了红光发光材料在发光品质与器件封装方面面临的挑战,并对其未来应用前景与产业化需求进行了展望。 |

| New solid-state lighting and display technologies are gradually being applied in high brightness fields such as intelligent car headlights, laser projection, aviation and navigation lighting, showing broad application prospects. As a key component of lighting and display devices, red light emitting materials" tolerance under strong excitation conditions (including high thermal stability, high saturation threshold, etc.) and controllable preparation technology are key factors in promoting the sustainable development of new light conversion devices and related industries. Therefore, this article systematically reviews the classification, preparation methods, luminescent properties, and microstructure control strategies of red light emitting materials, and summarizes in detail the progress in controlling performance parameters such as composition, thermal stability, emission peak position, and spectral range of single crystal, glass, ceramic, thin film, and fluorescent powder red light materials. Finally, this article discusses the challenges faced by red emitting materials in terms of luminous quality and device packaging, and looks forward to their future application prospects and industrialization needs. |
