      为实现本科基础有机化学教学与国际前沿科研成果的有效融合,丰富有机化学实验教学内容,本实验选取有机太阳能电池领域中的“明星分子”-苯并二噻吩单元作为研究对象,并将其与有机化学中的同分异构体概念相结合,设计出一项综合性实验项目。实验内容涵盖两种溴代异构体的合成与测试表征。该实验综合性强,有助于系统训练学生的基本实验操作、结构表征、性能测试、谱图解析以及实验数据归纳分析等方面能力,不仅拓展学生的知识视野,提升专业综合素质,也有助于推动有机化学实验教学内容的持续优化与完善。
英文摘要:
      To realize the effective integration between undergraduate education in organic chemistry and international cutting-edge scientific research achievements, and enrich organic chemistry experimental teaching content, benzodithiophene (BDT) unit, as an internationally-known research "star molecule" in the field of organic solar cells (OSCs), was selected and ingeniously combined with the concept of isomers for a design of an comprehensive organic chemistry experiment. The experiment includes the synthesis and characterization of two brominated isomers. This comprehensive project systematically trains students in essential experimental operations, structural characterization, performance testing, spectral analysis, and experimental data interpretation. It not only broadens students" knowledge horizons and enhances their professional competencies but also contributes to the ongoing optimization and improvement of organic chemistry experimental teaching.
