      3,4-二氢喹啉-2-酮是一类重要的含氮杂环化合物,广泛存在于天然产物和药物分子中,在海洋防污剂中也具有潜在应用价值。本文开发了一种廉价铜催化体系,以醋酸铜/膦配体与氢硅烷生成铜氢物种,高选择性还原喹啉-2-酮,合成了系列3,4-二氢喹啉-2-酮类化合物。该方法条件温和,底物适用性广,产率高,且催化剂和配体均为商业可得。本研究为3,4-二氢喹啉-2-酮类化合物的绿色高效合成提供了新思路,在精细化工等领域具有重要意义。

      3,4-Dihydroquinolin-2-ones are an important class of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds widely found in natural products and drug molecules, and also possess potential applications as marine antifouling agents. This study developed a cost-effective copper-catalyzed system, where copper hydride species generated in situ from copper acetate/phosphine ligand and hydrosilane were used to selectively reduce quinolin-2-ones, synthesizing a series of 3,4-dihydroquinolin-2-one derivatives. This method features mild conditions, broad substrate compatibility, high yields, and commercially available catalysts and ligands. The research provides a new approach for the green and efficient synthesis of 3,4-dihydroquinolin-2-one compounds and holds significant value for applications in fine chemicals and related fields.
