      聚硅氧烷涂层具有卓越的耐候性、耐热性、优异的耐化学腐蚀性能。然而,聚硅氧烷涂层在硬度、韧性以及屏蔽性能等方面的不足影响了实际应用。本文利用环氧聚硅氧烷和氨基聚硅氧烷树脂作为成膜反应树脂,并向其中引入玄武岩鳞片,制备了复合涂层。利用FTIR、SEM、EDS、XRD等手段对涂层进行了表征,并对性能进行了测试。实验结果表明,当环氧聚硅氧烷和氨基聚硅氧烷的质量比为1:1,玄武岩掺量为15%时,玄武岩/聚硅氧烷复合涂层的综合性能最佳,附着力仍可达到10.6Mpa,硬度从2H提高至4H,光泽度下降率从33.0%降至9.6%,耐盐雾性能提高了47.5%。因此,本文报道的玄武岩鳞片改性聚硅氧烷在防腐蚀领域具有良好的应用前景。

      Polysiloxane coatings exhibit outstanding weatherability, thermal resistance, and excellent chemical corrosion resistance. However, their practical applications are limited by insufficient hardness, toughness, and barrier performance. In this study, composite coatings were fabricated using epoxy-polysiloxane and amino-polysiloxane resins as film-forming matrices, incorporating basalt flakes as functional fillers. The coatings were characterized by FTIR, SEM, EDS and XRD, while their performance was systematically evaluated. Experimental results demonstrate that the composite coating achieves optimal comprehensive properties when the mass ratio of epoxy-polysiloxane to amino-polysiloxane is 1:1 with 15% basalt flake loading. The coating maintains an adhesion strength of 10.6 MPa, increases pencil hardness from 2H to 4H, reduces gloss loss rate from 33.0% to 9.6%, and enhances salt spray resistance by 47.5%. Consequently, the basalt flake-reinforced polysiloxane composite developed in this work shows promising potential for corrosion-resistant applications.
