      光,是生命的起点,也是文明的推动力。从上古地球的剧烈反应,到叶绿体中精巧的Z型反应,光合作用不仅造就了生物圈的繁荣,也为现代工业文明提供了能量与物质基础。本文从光合作用的分子机制出发,讲述了蓝细菌吞食锰矿、电子两次跃迁激发、氧气释放等演化关键节点,揭示光与生命的深层关联。进而追溯光化学在人类文明中的再度复兴:从Ciamician的预言到现代光催化的发展,尤其是在有机合成与绿色化工中的突破性应用,光化学正引领一场化学工业的绿色转型。本文倡导道法自然,探索可持续的光化学未来。
英文摘要:
      Light is the origin of life and the driving force of civilization. From the violent chemical reactions of the primordial Earth to the exquisite Z-scheme mechanism within chloroplasts, photosynthesis has not only fostered the flourishing of the biosphere but also provided the energy and material foundations for modern industrial civilization. This article begins with the molecular mechanisms of photosynthesis, recounting key evolutionary milestones such as the engulfment of manganese-containing minerals by cyanobacteria, dual photoexcitation of electrons, and the release of oxygen—unveiling the profound link between light and life. It further traces the renaissance of photochemistry in human civilization: from Ciamician’s early prophecy to the rise of modern photocatalysis, particularly its groundbreaking applications in organic synthesis and green chemical manufacturing. Photochemistry is now spearheading a green transformation of the chemical industry. This article calls for following the wisdom of nature and embracing a sustainable future shaped by the power of light.
