| Nanocellulose, a natural polymeric material with extensive sources,excellent biocompatibility, and biodegradability, exhibits significant application potential in the biomedical field. This article systematically reviews the preparation methods and structural characteristics of nanocellulose, with a focus on the construction strategies and functional design of nanocellulose-based materials such as microparticles, fibers, films, hydrogels, and aerogels. In practical applications, nanocellulose-based materials are widely utilized in drug delivery, wound healing, and tissue engineering owing to their high drug-loading capacity, controllable release, and biomimetic structural features. The article also discusses the current challenges faced by these materials and prospects for future development. This review aims to promote the broader application of nanocellulose in biomedicine and provide practical and effective solutions for disease treatment and tissue repair. |
